SafeFlow ("SafeFlow", "we", "us") is currently in a pre-launch phase. This short notice explains how we handle the details you provide when you join our waitlist. When the SafeFlow platform launches, a full Privacy Policy will govern your use of the product — this notice covers the waitlist only. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, and any other details you choose to give us (such as your name or trade). That's it — we don't collect payment details or sensitive information at this stage.

Why we collect it

To let you know when SafeFlow launches;
To send you founding-member offers and early-access details;
To share occasional product updates about SafeFlow.

We will only use your details for the purposes above. You can opt out at any time.

How we store & protect it

Waitlist submissions are captured through our secure form provider and stored in our email and contact systems. Access is limited to SafeFlow and the service providers who help us operate the waitlist.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run the waitlist (for example, our form and email providers), and where required by law.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails, or by contacting us;
Access or correct the details we hold about you;
Ask us to delete your details from the waitlist.
